Master Plan Location

The Arcade Meadows Master Plan is located in the City of Arcade in Jackson County.

Road Access

The Master Plan is adjacent to US Highway 129, which provides access within 15 minutes to both Interstate 85 and Athens, home of the University of Georgia.

Land Use

The Master Plan was approved as a Planned Community Development zoning in 2013 and is fully entitled for the proposed land use. The approved zoning consists of residential, commercial, flexible (commercial or residential), open space, a wastewater treatment plant, a school site, and natural resource areas.
