    Annual Project Updates for our Pre-Development Land Products are updated annually and are generally available in the first quarter of each calendar year. To access the Project Updates, please log in to Walton.com. Once you are logged in, click on your project name under “View Updates on Your Projects” from the My Account page.

     

    If applicable to you, Project Updates for our Development Land Products are available if you click “Search for Development Projects” from the My Account page.

     

    These updates cover Property Overview and Location, Regional Market Activity, Objectives and Milestones.

  6. When can I expect to receive tax slips for my investments?
    The most commonly received tax slips for Walton Investments are T5s and T5013s.

     

    (T5) tax slips - the CRA filing deadline for T5 tax slips is February 28.

     

    (T5013) tax slips - the CRA filing deadline for T5013 tax slips is March 31.

     

    All other tax slips will be sent out in the mail to investors, prior to the CRA filing deadline of March 31, for the previous year’s reporting requirements.

    You can access your Portfolio Summary by logging into your account at Walton.com. After logging in, click on your Portfolio Summary to open a pdf copy of your statement.

     

    WIGI Portfolio Summary - This is a statement provided by the issuer, and includes ALL Walton Securities, UDIs and Mortgages.

     

    WCMI Statement - This statement will show any securities purchased directly through a Walton Capital Management Dealer Representative after 2007 in Ontario, Newfoundland & Labrador, and after 2010 in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Quebec and Saskatchewan.

  11. Who do I contact regarding questions about my Walton summary?
    Please refer to the below most frequently asked questions regarding the Walton summary.

     

    Am I able to receive an Account Statement electronically, rather than in the mail?
    Account statements cannot be sent to clients electronically, but are available online at Walton.com.

     

    Why does my Statement for Joint Non-Registered Investments (JNR) display the full amount for both purchase amount and distributions, not my proportionate share?
    At this time, our systems are not able to separate these accounts. Therefore, the full investment amount will show up on the statement for both registered holders.

     

    Why is the number of securities of Walton Ontario Land and Walton Big Lake LP less than what I originally purchased? Did the investment go down in value?
    Walton Ontario Land and Walton Big Lake investors received Cash Distributions. As a result, pursuant to the limited partnership agreements for these entities, the outstanding units were consolidated thereby reducing the total number of securities you hold. The original price per security has remained the same while the number of securities has decreased. 

     

    If I made separate purchases (over time) in the same offering, they were all displayed on my statement on different lines. Why has that changed?
    In an effort to streamline the statements and make them easier to read, we have consolidated all of the purchases in the same offering onto one line.

     

    (Exception: Walton Canadian Land Development LP/IC, which had different unit/share prices over the offering period.)
