  1. How can I obtain updates on my investment and current anticipated timelines?
    Project Updates for our Pre-Development Land Products are updated annually and are generally available in the second quarter of each calendar year. To access the Project Updates, please log in to Walton.com. Once you are logged in, click on your project name under “View Updates on Your Projects” from the My Account page.

     

    If applicable to you, Project Updates for our Development Land Products are available if you click “Search for Development Projects” from the My Account page.

     

    These updates cover Property Overview and Location, Regional Market Activity, Objectives and Milestones.

  2. Is it possible to redeem or liquidate my investment?
    All Walton Pre-development land investments and Development Corporation investments contain no conversion or redemption options. Walton does not facilitate buy-backs. There are not restrictions on the resale of the investments, but they do not trade on any specific exchange or market, so the onus of finding a buyer falls to the seller. Please refer to the original offering documents that you received at the time of purchase for further details.

  3. Can I transfer my investment from my current custodian to Walton?
    Walton is not a custodian and so cannot hold any qualified investments directly. If you do not hold your investment in a qualified account and would like to transfer it out of that account, please contact Investor Relations to have someone review your account.

  4. When can I expect to receive tax slips for my investments?
    K1 forms are filed with the IRS by the 15th of March and we work to get them out to investors as quickly as possible after their filing.

    In general, the annual financial statements are made available before June 30th each year. They are posted to the website and are available by mail as well.

  12. How can I transfer my investment?
    Each project has its own specific transfer form that is required to be executed with a medallion signature guarantee. Please contact Investor Relations at [email protected] with the name of the project you are transferring and you will be provided with the appropriate paperwork.
